Add a read method to the TeamRaiser API to get campaign information
We'd love it if the TeamRaiser API had something like a getCampaignInformation method -- it would return the amount raised for a TR campaign, similar to the S15 or S42 tags.

It'd be nice too if it included parameters for getting separate/combined totals for registration fees, upsells, additional donations made by the registrant, and donations to participants/team/events.
