Provide the option of choosing PageWrappers for eCard campaigns

Currently, eCard campaigns use the default PageWrapper and there is no way to set a different one from within the campaign. (I know it's possible to force a wrapper using the URL, but this causes issues with the other built-in links in the product, such as "Send another card," etc.)

    You can "Select security category" to associate with your Pagewrapper on the 1. Name and Security tab. Note your Pagewrapper must have a security category for this to work.
