With all recent cases listed in one single column, it's hard to see which one is still opened, pending or closed. Can it be made more user-friendly like other BB support portals so that once login to https://ssl.salesforce.com/home/home.jsp, we can see which cases are done and what needs to be reviewed or the most recently commented etc? The portal is really not up to 2015 user standards.

This portal is intended for product specific idea feedback so I'm marking this idea as "Non-platform Enhancement Request". Resolution to these types of request won't happen through this portal however I've sent your idea to the Director of Support for Luminate along with your name/organization so they can take a look at this idea.
