Recently, we entered some gifts through the batch process in LCRM. The wrong campaign code was keyed in error, and we were told that you can only make updates in CLO...except that you can't update the campaign in CLO. The "workaround" was to refund the transaction and re-enter. Ideally, we would like to be able to make this update in LCRM, but we would certainly settle for making it in CLO as well!
