We currently import thousands of email addresses on to new and existing records into RE from various sources - guest book sign-ups, in park email sign-ups, etc. When these records are added to RE, we have the ability to remove duplicates for RE records. When these records go through RELO and hit LO, there is no dedup method so we end up creating many, many duplicate records for the same person in LO. This then causes issues when we send out house file emails and they receive multiple emails.

We are going through the process to do a cleanup in LO but we need something to be designed to catch the duplicates when the information is passed from RE to LO to avoid having to do constant cleanup tasks.
