We went LIVE sometime in July 2015. We recently noticed that when a donation is made the time stamp shows 1 hour behind our EST time, so it must be recording in CST time. I called support to find out how to update this and was informed that once system goes LIVE it can never be updated. I honestly don't recall during implementation the team we were working with asking us about our time zone, although through numerous meetings, I’m sure it was known we were 1 hour behind.
I really wish that this would be part of the checklist- “ confirm with client that their time zone in LO is properly set” It’s not a huge deal, we now know that any date stamp that happened really is 1 hour behind, but still if that’s an option, it would have been nice to have it.

Hi Diana, we are currently working on LO Next Gen which will not have this limitation because we're considering internationalization as fundamental from the beginning.
