While the URL shortcuts feature is already intended to create more succinct page addresses, those "shortcuts" can remain fairly long and unweildy when being used on platforms like Twitter. Instead, embed a URL shortner feature directly into Luminate. This could be located within each product (Surveys, Action Alerts, Pagebuilder) or simply be built into the URL Shortcuts library.
For example: If my Luminate website is ACT.COMPANYXYZ.ORG , the URL library allows me to create ACT.COMPANYXYZ.ORG/SURVEY1 to link to a survey. A custom URL shortener could allow me to create act.yz/s1
Area of the Product | Other |
Org/Company Name | Alzheimer's Association |
That would require a separate shortened domain name for every LO client. It could be something like act.conv.io/s1 where the ACT subdomain is your BB client code, I suppose.
But there are companies that already do this well. Check out the bit.ly bookmarklet.
