publish ALL SDPs, including ones that must be set by Luminate Support

I waste a lot of time wondering if something can be changed via an SDP, only to discover that 1) yes, it can!, and 2) only Luminate Support can change it. Or, it can't be changed. But at least I could see that on my own, instead of having to file a ticket.

 

Opening up all SDPs to be at least visible by customers would save time for customer and Blackbaud alike.

    Amen! I finally found out that I could have my secure domain mapped to a subdomain of my non secure pages. And I had to learn this from a non blackbaud staff member.
