Often it's useful for us to release alert messages at once, not as they are submitted.  The Advocacy tool doesn't support this. We've had to build a workaround in Salesforce and the Advocacy API to do this, but that's 1) a pain, and 2) results in duplicate action interactions be associated with constituent records.
