Support real-time interaction counts on the getAdvocacyAlert API

It would be great to be able to pull real-time stats out of the getAdvocacyAlert method. As of right now, we have had to build workarounds in our website code to make this happen.

We use them for thermometers, as well as general counts.

Hey Mike, do you use this for thermometers? I'd like to know the use case as it might be something I could tie into reporting APIs.
