“Credit Card” and “Bank Account Withdrawal” should be two separate buttons.

In the new responsive donation form template, please make “Credit Card” and “Bank Account Withdrawal” two separate buttons, just like the Paypal button is separate. Also, the height and padding of the credit card icons are inconsistent.
