add an option to have team captains be able to unsubscribe from team member registration notifications in their participant HQ.

Currently, a team captain is only able to unsubscribe from gift notifications. I have a team captain who has asked to be unsubscribed from receiving notifications when team members registration. I'm unable to do this for the captain. Please note this is different from a global change to autoresponders. It should be an option that is offered in the participant HQ. Thanks!
