add comma delimiters to the numbers in the LO Email dashboard

For example, right now I have this stat:

17160522

Emails Sent

To make it more readable, it should be:

17,160,522

Emails Sent

Area of the Product	Email
Org/Company Name	Transportation Alternatives

Great feedback! After taking a look at the method used to display large statistics in the new dashboard we are addressing this in an upcoming patch (15.9.1). Once updated, the number will be truncated for thousands/millions. We have also added a hover tooltip that will display the number in its entirety with comma delimiters. Your site should see these changes in the next few weeks.
