Add a feature to automatically charge a TeamRaiser participant the remainder the the minimum fundraising amount

Thanks for the idea Mike! We're currently working on enhancing the Delayed Self Pledge feature for Team Raiser and expect it to be available early in 2016. With this feature, you'll be able to make Delayed Self Pledge a requirement for a Participation Type associated to an Event. We're building a new page for Team Raiser Admins that will display all Delayed Self Pledge Participants who have failed to meet their fundraising requirement and will provide an option to charge the difference between what they raised and what they committed to raising. Look for more information about this feature near the beginning of the year.
