Allow a lump sum feature where a Walker can pay for all of their donors or for a third party event online at once

This will allow the Walker to only enter their credit card information once (as opposed to currently entering their credit card information per donor) and from a third party perspective where they do not receive a tax receipt but this donation is shown online.
