Currently, when a donor requires a change to their billing information for tax receipt purposes we are unable to make the change (unlike our previous online database, Artez now FrontStream) and are thus required to issue a refund to the donor while voiding the corresponding tax receipt. The donor then has to go back online to make a new donation.

This would be helpful when a donor requests that we update their billing address. or they possibly make a mistake. We currently have to end the recurring gift and create a new one, forcing us to call the donor and request their credit card info again.
