make case update emails have a link to the case in question.
Currently case emails have a link to the general support page, and then the user must look at the case number and click on the correct case. A direct link would be nice.
This ideas portal is just for Luminate Product ideas so I'm going to have to mark this as "Will not implement" only because of that reason.
I think your idea is worth looking into though so I've sent it on to Support management for review by them along with your name so they can look into if your request is possible.
