Implement a better error message for uploading photos to TeamRaiser

If you try to upload a photo to a TR personal page, more than 6,000,000 pixels, you get a weird error message -- "The dimensions of the file you provided is not supported. Please choose a file with a dimension under 6000000 pixels"

Please make the error message more clear, and also include a file size message.
