Whoops overlooked this request. Right now we use the Description field in donation forms to hold lots of information relevant to the form. Typically, form id (so this item is searchable), notes about who to contact for questions/changes, notes about related forms (when doing Optimizely testing with some traffic to form being sent elsewhere.) etc. This all results in a cluttered description field. I'm requesting a new dedicated field for the express purpose of recording this type of Meta detail info about the form, so the Description field can go back to it's intended purpose. Of course allowing form searches by form ID by default without hacks like this would be cool as well ...
