Add progress meters and recent signers for Advocacy Alerts

Similar to change.org, please add support for progress meters (thermometers) and recent signers to the Advocacy product. We're building this on our own, but it would have been nice to just use an S-Tag, had one been available. Would have saved us a lot of time.
