To have an option to allow teams created only on the admin interface and not available on the front end, registration process

We would like to create teams and manage them on the admin side. Our teamraiser do not utilize teams, but we would like that option on the back end.

    To add a little more detail - the vast majority of our registrants don't want/need teams. Enabling teams for the TeamRaiser automatically inserts the team selection/creation process into the registration flow, which will confuse most of our potential registrants.
