Add revenue to the Email Campaign Report By Group

I was really excited to see that we can send one email out to our whole database without segmenting but still be able to look at how different segments perform. The report currently includes Open and Click through rates but not number of donations or Total $ raised which would save so much report manipulation and reduce the number of emails that I need to create. It would be more efficient to use variable messaging within one email instead of setting up five different emails (one per segment).
