We'd like to have an option to notify a Personal Event host (for the Personal Events module--not to be confused with Personal Fundraising) when someone RSVPs for their event.  Currently, they can only review the event details to see a list of RSVPs.  Autoresponders go out to the attendee confirming the RSVP to the event, but not the host.
