change the redirect that happens when a participant saves a draft or email template in the Participant Centre.

Currently when a participant saves a draft or email template in the Participant Centre (PC), it redirects them to the PC homepage.  It should redirect them to the list of saved templates/drafts.  Our participants find this redirect confusing.
