Right now if someone calls to update the expiration date on the same card number, you have to re enter the exact same card number as well as the expiration date. It would be helpful if the credit card # and the expiration date were separate options/fields for updating. Many people will call us and leave the new expiration date in a voice mail, or mail in their updated information with "Same card number, new exp date 5/17" etc. Even when someone calls, they won't know the full card number or have it with them and have to call back because they assume we can just update the expiration date without having to re-input the exact same card number.
