Add the ability to query on FUTURE DATES

Currently when you query on a date (for example, the membership expiration date), you can only query on dates in the current year or earlier. We'd like the ability to query based on future dates as well. For example, if I want to find everyone whose membership expires on a specific date next year, the only way I can do so is by figuring out how many days away that is from today (or months away if I'm not concerned about a specific date). Just let me enter, "June 30, 2016," if that's what I need to know.
