Once we download Teamraiser transactions to RE, we currently have to login to Luminate, open each record, look up their registration, and then hit the Refund button to see if their registration included a tax-deducible gift. Then we have to split the gift in RE so the person gets credit for the tax-ded. part. This is very time consuming.

We are experiencing the exact same problem of not being about to separate out non-tax deductible from tax-deductible and registrations from up sells and gifts. No one from our RELO transition team has been able to help us find a solution. This seems like a very basic, necessary function, so we are surprised that there is not a solution that doesn't involve what amounts to basically needing to hand enter event registrations.
