Yes agreed! Every year we have to manually divide donations among individual team members so they can hit their goals and earn their recognition gifts (incentives). It takes so much time on our backend, and having to split a gift makes it difficult as we have to usually falsify the gift so the donor doesn't receive 10 emails for a portion of their gift for each team member.
