Make Participant Center responsive for mobile devices in TeamRaiser

More people access the web via a mobile device than a desktop or laptop computer these days, but the Participant Center in TeamRaiser is neither responsive nor mobile-friendly. We believe that we could increase participation in our events by making it easier for constituents to create a page from their mobile device. Our big fundraising event season is in May, so ideally we'd like to see this in the product before May 2016.

To all those following this idea, it is with great excitement that I report that this feature will be implemented in the 19.10 (October) release of Luminate Online. We are entering our early adopter phase now and plan to have a brand new participant experience available as a part of the Luminate Online TeamRaiser product. Release Notes should be available with documentation on the new features of the Participant center

I was shocked when I too was told it could be done for an upcharge. Disappointing since 78% of people use their device according to Blackbaud to access things :(

This product was made obsolete. BB needs to work to develop a Luminate connector product that is usable and make it available to existing at no additional cost to subscribers!! We should not have to buy another product to make the existing product work properly. You are ridiculous.

How can this still not be implemented? It's 2018...

I have participants who can't even edit their photos because they're on tablets, and no amount of pinching and zooming will show the right-side tabs.

    Come on, Blackbaud.

Yeah, best if you guys don't sell people on a mobile friendly / responsive system and site and then only have PARTS of it that are mobile friendly.

I agree! I was told I could get  this if I paid - but that's crazy. I was told the site would be responsive and assumed that meant all parts of the site. :(
