Allow up to 6 emails on the 360 Constituent record and allow them to be cc'd on coaching notes
We want to stop having to create and load groups with our email coaching notes, but we need to be able to add more emails to the constituent record that would get cc'd on the notes.
Betsy, I loaded a "Help us reach $750,000 stationery in TR. Still use
the "You're on the Team" for the Oct 1 note as that makes more sense to
start with. This could be for the additional notes before the thermometer.
We send the messages directly to all of the families and friends who wish
to share the primary fundraiser's page. It's raised us over $1million
dollars and growing year over year. We would be luckly to raise half that
amount if we followed your suggestion and less if any of these people had
to register themselves.
We choose to make it easy for families to raise money, not hard.
Thank you - it sounds like (and correct me if I'm misunderstanding) that all you need to do is be able to share the public fundraising page URL with the primary registered user and they can share that with their family members that want to help broadcast their message. Is that correct?
I'm trying to understand what the real value would be to consider adding other email addresses to a constituent record.
To clarify on your second paragraph, do these people want their OWN
fundraising page that's connected to the primary fundraisers page? NO,
they do not.
Or are you saying that you want all these people to be able to access the
same fundraising page? Yes
If the former, are you currently using Multiple Registrations (family
registrations)? We currently register them all, make them inactive, give
them the same short URL as the primary fundraiser, load all inactive files
into a group and send them the coaching notes along with the primary
fundraisers.
If the latter, why would these people require Edit access to the primary
fundraiser's page if they are just seeking to help raise money? Our primary
fundraisers don't know how to access and edit their page, nor will these
additional fundraisers. We set 100% of them up. This is of zero concern.

We've been using groups and it's a huge time sync and hard to train
non-technical people who have maybe 30 minutes a week to dedicate to
sending out the coaching emails.
We have numerous needs for the additional emails - mostly to add spouse,
grandparents, aunts/uncles who wish to share the primary fundraiser's page
to help raise money.
Thank you for your submission, Lauren! Can you provide more information?
Would these additional emails be email addresses for the same person (e.g., alternative email addresses)? Or is the request to allow other people's emails to be added to the constituent record (e.g team members or secondary registrations)?
What would this solve for you that cannot be done using the products existing functionality today? You mention you want to stop having to create and load groups with coaching email notes. However, the functionality is set up so that you're able to choose to deliver coaching emails to Current Event Participants, Current Event Donors, or Groups Created by this Event. It would be helpful to understand your process and what manual steps you're having to take that you want to automate (and whether those can already be automated or if there is indeed a gap in the product).
Any more information you can provide would be very helpful. Thank you!

Thank you for clarifying, Lauren. I will open this up for voting in the community. Thank you!
No, that is not correct at all.
