In Participant Center emails, add CSS ids surrounding the links to Personal and Team Pages and the opt-out that appear at the bottom of the message. This would serve the purpose of enabling admin staff to customize the appearance and emphasize those links if desired. If CSS hooks existed there, we could make each of those links resemble a button, or enlarge the text, bold the text, or increase the margin.
