We use the County field frequently for geographical outreach in Luminate. Currently, with the Address Cleaning feature enabled, creating a new constituent record removes any entry we have provided in the County field. We're able to update existing records to add a County to their address and save it successfully.
Turning the Address Cleaning feature off removes this issue, but we don't want to disable it; it's incredibly important to having good address data, but we also would like to be able to have the County properly filled out during new constituent creation.
Could the Address Cleaning feature be updated to automatically enter the County for an address?
