We pull transactional reports on a daily basis to review potential fraudulent carding attacks and cardholders who got locked out from transactions due to repeated failures. This analysis requires the LO campaign and form information in order for the report to be usable.

Since we changed processors, the error information no longer appears in LO transactional reports. We've had to move to BBMS to pull information, but there are problems with the transactions view on BBMS. The error code description no longer appears -- only the numerical error code. We no longer see the campaign/form info which is critical to our ability to determine which forms are vulnerable, and which constituent records were created by a fraud attack.

Additionally, we cannot easily get transaction information for constituents who have been locked out of transactions due to repeated failures. This is a huge pain point for us as it impacts our services to our constituent donors.
