Allow customisation of donation form timeout protocols

Luminate has recently added an 8-minute timer to donation forms as a security measure. However, we're having a number of donor complaints, particularly from users who require additional time to compose their Ecard messages. We would like to have the ability to edit/disable the feature.

    Hi Shaun, could you confirm when the implementation is scheduled to move forward? I checked with Support and it looks like the change wasn’t rolled out in September.

    Hi David, thank you for raising this issue. I am pleased to share we are working on applying extension changes to the current 8-minuate timeout period to donation forms for non-logged in users to mimic that of logged in users. We are currently targeting the update to go out in the next LO release of 25.6 in September. Please don't hesitate to reach out to me if you have any further questions.

    Hi there, while not an in product setting, this can be extended with code. We’ve extended the participant center, admin pages and donation forms.
