Please enable the ability to configure payment methods on ticketed events. We would like to disable ACH transactions from events only, due to the processing delay.
Hi Megan, thank you for raising this feature request. At this time, the current approach for Ticketed Events and all LO processing outside of donation forms & TeamRaiser event registration and participation forms – is an all-inclusive release of payment methods via the Checkout experience. There are no current plans to change this approach. This may change based on the voting of this feature from the wider LO community and as such I’ve opened the feature request to Reviewed – Voting Open.
ACH declines sometimes take a few days to be confirmed by the bank. As such, someone may attend an event they have not properly paid for.
