add a bulleted list option to the new drag and drop editor

There is no option to insert bullet points or a numbered list in the new editor. It was in the classic Luminate, but should be included in drag and drop. It would be very useful in text formatting.

    in this platform but we CAN'T do this in the Email module of Luminate itself.
