For Luminate, offer other ways to authenticate sign in other than a PERSONAL cell phone #.
Offer other ways to authenticate sign in other than a PERSONAL cell phone # for the Luminate program. Add email as an option for authenticating Luminate sign in. Personal cell phones should not be required for work related issues.

other authentication options including MFA apps (Google Authenticate, etc.) would be very helpful. In addition to not wanting to use a personal phone number for a work-related issue, I also have very poor reception in my office and often cannot receive text messages while at work.
