We create giving forms using Luminate Online for many departments and divisions of the University. Those divisions often use different domains or subdomains than the main University's. The auto-responders for the various giving forms would ideally be sent from a domain or subdomain that matches that of the division to which the donation was designated. However, Luminate only allows DKIM authentication for one domain per account. With many email providers implementing stricter email security policies, it is important that every domain used to send emails from Luminate can be set up with the proper DKIM authentication. This limitation by Luminate means we cannot match the domain of the division to which a donor gave to the email receipt the receive acknowledging the gift.
