When creating a Memorial page, there should be no mandatory field that is a secondary option as to where to direct the funds

If a donor has landed on the Memorial page, it is to give to that particular Memorial fund - it is very confusing for them to have a secondary option as to where to direct the funds (but you can't remove that secondary option)
