be able to turn off autoresponders for individual sustainers

Currently, if someone requests to not get monthly reminder emails for their sustaining gifts, there is no way to turn them off without turning off the form for the entire organization. Some folks prefer not to get these emails, and in those cases the only current solution is to change their email to a dummy email, tell them they won't get ANY emails, and also endure the hard bounces that come along with this method.
