Adding Team Name to Autoresponder "Thank You for your gift" Receipts
We need to mention the Team Name on autoresponders and especially on the Thank you for your Gift receipt.

I'm surprised this isn't available already! Team association can be a very emotional thing for our supporters, and including this in thank-you messages for their giving would be one way to support that connection.
