Our organization is a healthcare provider. Many of our staff and supporters have a Doctorate of Pharmacy (Pharm D) degree, but that option is not provided in the drop-down menu for the "professional suffix" survey question. We would love to be able to honor the expertise and experience of these supporters by including their credentials.
