Simplify - Forgot login credentials for Team Raisers Participants / Luminate Constituents
I have never seen such a complicated process to retrieve passwords. Constituents are taken through a maze that often ends with them not being able to login and have to call us. Retrieving credentials, is one of the most common features in ALL websites, is Blackbaud planning to update this feature in future releases?
Could we not make it as simple as - provide your email.
And in the email you get, you receive your username and a "random generated" password that people can update if they choose to?
Jokes aside: It is easier for me to retrieve the password from my bank than it is for me to login to my participant centre. ;)
There must be a quick win that can be done.

Agree! This is such a challenging process for our users, and makes the overall user experience cumbersome. Anything that could help streamline the process by a few steps would be a win.
