Acknowledge Team Donations

Currently Team Captains do not have an "action" box to be able to acknowledge gifts made at the team level. Many of these donors go unthanked by the team and our TC's would like the option to click on an action button to send a personalized thank you similar to the option available for their personal donations. Samples of both are attached.
