Surveys expire! And ALL OF OUR CLIENTS use survey in order to register new constituents. Because an end date needs to be selected, and is often selected in the far future (several years) it is highly possible that the survey would expire, preventing new registrations via the sign up survey, and the admin would never be the wiser unless someone notified them.

It would be preferrable to have a notification or something come up so admins are notified of the upcoming expiration. Or provide an option for registration surveys to never end.
