provide a way to access the message URL after email has been sent!

We often use MessageViewer URLS to send to our wider department as an FYI for people who are not on the list to be able to view the messages we are sending with our donors. While I can share a preview link with fellow administrators, it would not work with people who don't have an LO account. Instead of having your users return a message to draft in order to access to the URL, it would be great to have a way for them to access the link for any message after sending.
