Add character count to fields with limited characters

When we add text fields to donation forms or surveys and the character limit is 255, it would be nice if the constituent/donor could have a countdown so they know how many characters they have left. Also a warning when they reached the max number of characters.

This would really be helpful on the e-card message fields on donation forms.
