We name our donation forms a specific way -- not only for SEO and Analytics, but also for our own internal purposes. And those are the names that appear alongside the sustaining gift details.

Granted, I have a lot of cancelled test sustaining gifts, but that display name does nothing for the donor. I'm attaching a screenshot of my Service Center and its test gifts. Keep in mind, the full name of the form (in which we include the donation form ID) is visible when clicking for more details.
