expand the Facebook Fundraiser API to include designation information

Currently, designee information appears blank for TeamRaiser gifts made via Facebook Fundraiser. As this information is crucial to appropriate fundraising accounting, it would be wonderful to receive this information immediately, versus in-house workarounds.
