Add the ability to display Interest Category descriptions on the email preference page

Just had a brief chat with support and this doesn't seem to be available by default. Each Interest category has a field for a description but this isn't normally displayed for a user in the email preference page. It's an extra touch-point to clarify how each category operates or why a user receives messages from one category and not another.
